Based on this, the company's operating revenue in the third quarter is estimated at RMB 114.69 billion to RMB 119.69 billion, up 589%-619% year-on-year and up 15.3%-20.3% quarter-on-quarter; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company is estimated at RMB 53.395 billion to RMB 54.895 billion, turning from a loss to a profit year-on-year (a loss of RMB 2.948 billion in the same period last year), up 1.0%-3.9% quarter-on-quarter.

CXMT announced that its performance growth in the first three quarters of 2026 was mainly due to the rapid growth in AI computing power demand since the second half of 2025, the improvement in the global DRAM industry's business climate, products being in short supply, and significant price increases. The company steadily advanced capacity construction, product R&D, and process technology improvement, further increasing output per wafer and capacity utilization, with economies of scale continuing to emerge. At the same time, the company continued to optimize operational management, actively expand markets, and continuously deepen collaboration across the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, driving continuous expansion of its business scale.

In addition, Zhu Yiming, chairman of CXMT, proposed a share repurchase by the company, intended for use in employee equity incentives/employee stock ownership plans or to reduce the company's registered capital. The total repurchase funds will be no less than RMB 1,000.00 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 2,000.00 million (inclusive). The company and its board of directors will promptly and carefully study the above matters, formulate a reasonable and feasible share repurchase plan, perform approval procedures in accordance with relevant regulations, and timely fulfill information disclosure obligations. The repurchase matter can only be implemented after review and approval by the board of directors or the shareholders' meeting, and remains uncertain.
